Why should I use Eco Move boxes?
To save time, money and the environment!
How quickly can Eco Move deliver once I’ve ordered?
We can deliver with only a couple of days’ notice, but to guarantee your most suitable delivery date and time we suggest you order as much in advance as possible.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, Eco Move will email an order confirmation to you.
How do I pay?
Simply by Cash, Mastercard or Visa Card upon delivery of your boxes.
Will I receive a tax receipt?
Yes, a tax receipt is emailed to you immediately upon receipt of payment.
How do I get my boxes?
Each package includes free delivery and collection within the designated area.
What if my postcode is not listed?
Then call us and enquire about our delivery fee to service your area.
Does the delivery fee cover both delivery and pickup?
Yes, the fee covers both pickup and delivery of plastic moving boxes and other moving supplies. Don't waste time driving around to find cardboard boxes.
Can I change my delivery date?
Of course. Simply contact us us we can re-schedule your delivery to the date that suits you best.
Can I pick up my boxes?
One way we keep our box hire costs low is by keeping overheads at a minimum. Eliminating a fully manned warehouse is one of these ways. Besides, why leave the house when we will deliver to you!
What if I need longer than my original hire period?
No problem. You can extend for as many weeks as you need. Simply call us as soon as you realise you need to extend.
What if I need more boxes after my delivery?
Simply let us know. We can deliver a top-up order and consolidate all boxes into the one collection date.
Can I label the boxes?
Yes, Eco Move includes labels with every package purchased!
What size are the boxes?
We provide both 50L and 73L boxes in every package.
Can I buy some boxes?
Eco Move sell 2nd hand boxes upon enquiry.
What if I lose a box?
Any missing boxes will incur a replacement cost.
Is Eco Move also a moving company?
We can’t move your home for you, but will happily recommended a reputable moving company within your area.
Do you service businesses?
Yes, simply give us a call and we will tailor a package suited to your needs.
Is long term rental available?
Yes, call us to discuss our special long term pricing.
Are the boxes cleaned?
Yes. Every Eco Box is cleaned between uses with environmentally safe cleaner and sanitiser.
Unlike cardboard boxes which harbour which retain moisture, creating a breeding ground for nasties.
Why wouldn’t I source used cardboard boxes?
You could, but second hand boxes can be dirty. Cardboard carries moisture and grows bacteria and bed bugs.
And why bother taping them all up and then trying to dispose of them when you can hire our sanitised reusable moving boxes!
Why are Eco Move boxes better for the environment?
Each Eco Move box can be re-used hundreds of times, unlike the common cardboard box which is only used a couple of times before being disposed of.
When a cardboard box is re-cycled only 60% of the product is utilised. The other 40% becomes sludge which in turn becomes landfill.
An Eco Move box is 100% recycle.

What about the dollies?
Every Eco Move package comes with a moving dolly. Simply stack up to 4 packed boxes or 15 empty boxes on your moving dolly and wheel from room to room.
Are Eco Move franchises available?
No, not at present.
Do you service other states?
We currently only service the greater Melbourne area.
